Convert co-hosts local sustainability event
This October, Convert and 16 other local companies partnered up with Change Djursland to host an event putting sustainability on the agenda in the local business community.
Watch presentationFor the entire month of October, businesses on Djursland devoted their attention to sustainability. Change Djursland initiated the event https://www.change-djursland.dk/ and chose 17 local partners to join them in their aspiration to encourage local start-ups and businesses to incorporate sustainability in their business idea or -model.
The overall ambition is to urge and support local business community on Djursland to become pioneers in green transition and sustainability.
Convert and the other local partners opened up their doors to the public and showcased their effort and devotion as contributors to a more sustainable future. In Convert, we presented our vision, process and products as well as both the challenges and opportunities, we face every day and in the future. We focused especially on the textile industry, and how we strive to ensure that our nonwoven technology is a part of the solution for a more sustainable future.

Danish designer Anne Boysen designed her Reuse Hanger for the Danish television show “Danmarks Næste Klassiker”. It is made of Really boards based on her families’ old clothing. The board was constructed and pressed at our factory in Nors
The ‘Reuse Hanger’ is an esthetic and sustainable piece of furniture that looks in to the future of design – made with a conscious mind.
